Make sure to use the same EMAIL address for this SHIPPING purchase so that we can match your Document purchase with this SHIPPING Cost. Make sure to ADD the Inmate name, CDC#, PRISON Name and address. The Housing unit is not mandatory but may be helpful to expedite proper delivery within CDCR.
